REFUND POLICY

At Vayu Trends, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Refunds are applicable only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Any such issue must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear images or videos for verification.

Once the return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Please note:

• Customized or personalized products are not eligible for refunds.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Vayu Trends reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on inspection.
